| It’s not just the superb showroom facilities that are earning Mercedes-Benz of Teesside a blossoming reputation these days.
The retailer has just won the Best Business Garden prize in Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s Care for Your Area Awards.
Gardener/Handyman Marshall Waite, who is responsible for maintaining the 1.5 acres of borders and lawns on the site, was presented with the award at a ceremony at Tall Trees Hotel in Yarm.
“I’m over the moon that we have won especially as this is my first year with the company,” said Marshall. “We have introduced new shrubs, tidied things up considerably and restored the garden to the way it was before the redevelopment.
“It’s very gratifying that our work has been recognised by the Council and brought the garden in to line with the rest of our superb site.”
