Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire is the driving force behind a dynamic retail network aimed at enhancing sales and aftersales services for the region’s existing and prospective Mercedes-Benz customers.
Encompassing retail outlets in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertford and Stevenage, the group is operated by L&L Automotive – a company boasting a lengthy and successful association with Mercedes-Benz.
L&L moved into Hertfordshire in July 2002, when it was selected as one of DaimlerChrysler UK's key business partners in establishing a revitalised national retail structure.
After initially taking over the franchise at Hertford, where it immediately set about transforming the Foxholes Business Park facilities in line with Mercedes-Benz corporate standards, the group subsequently acquired three additional retail outlets in Harpenden, Hertford and Hitchin. The last few years have seen big changes within the group, with the retail outlets in Harpenden and Hitchin closing and a new, state-of-the-art retailer opening in Stevenage. Now all Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire retailers offer a high level of service from superbly equipped, modern premises, and we are planning to open a new retailer in St. Albans in the very near future.
