Accidents do happen and dealing with the aftermath can be a very stressful experience. With this in mind, we have launched the Tony Purslow Accident Management Programme, a free service for our customers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is your right to decide who repairs your damaged vehicle, regardless of your insurance company’s advice. In fact we are more than confident that you would prefer to have your vehicle repaired by an Approved Mercedes-Benz Bodyshop ensuring the repairs are done to a high standard with original Mercedes-Benz parts. Most importantly this will ensure your Mercedes-Benz paint and bodywork warranty will be maintained as per the terms and conditions of your original agreement.
Just call 0800 4080320 and we will liaise with your insurance company, arrange for an estimate and book your car into our Mercedes-Benz Approved Bodyshop. If necessary we will also contact and deal with any third party claimants. If your car is not drivable we will guarantee a replacement vehicle for you. If the accident was not your fault we will provide you with a like for like vehicle for the duration your car is off the road (subject to terms and conditions).
