Reimbursement of expenses

If in exceptional cases you have to make an initial outlay, Mercedes-Benz will reimburse these costs. Please contact your Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer or our Customer Assistance Centre, on 00800 1 777 7777, as soon as you have incurred the costs. You will then be advised of how these costs can be reclaimed.
Please note that Mercedes-Benz Mobilo will only reimburse for costs incurred within the scope of the Mercedes-Benz Mobilo services.
