| A busy year on the new model front is ending in style for Mercedes-Benz of Ascot with the launch of the new generation M-Class.
The superlative Sports Utility Vehicle is the eighth brand new or facelifted Mercedes-Benz to be introduced during 2008 and follows the likes of the C-Class Estate, CLC-Class Coupe and enhanced A-Class into the London Road showroom.
Equally at home on town tarmac as it on country trail, the Mercedes-Benz off-roader continues to set the standard within the luxury SUV sector as the original M-Class did when it made its debut 11 years ago.

Mercedes-Benz of Ascot is now offering test drives in the new generation version and, those who experience it, will find that this is a 4x4 that quite literally delivers more in every respect.
The M-Class’ sporty exterior features new front and rear bumper designs, a striking new grille, privacy glass, running boards and aluminium-finish roof rails.
Both SE and Sport levels of trim, which can be complemented with a choice of V6 and V8 diesels or a 388hp 5-litre V8 petrol, have vastly improved levels of standard equipment. Included in both trim lines, and helping the M-Class to provide greater value than its rivals, are Parktronic, Easy-Pack powered tailgate, Audio 20 radio system with NTG 2.5 telematics and Bluetooth interface, rain-sensing wipers and automatically dimming rear-view mirror and exterior mirrors. As well as heated front seats encompassing four-way electric lumbar support on the driver’s seat, Artico man-made leather trim now features on the door centre panels and is extended to the upholstery on the SE.
