Take the intuitive, ergonomic centre console controller, which puts entertainment and communications within easy reach – so you can focus on the road. The Linguatronic voice control system (standard in conjunction with navigation) offers similar benefits, as does Bluetooth connectivity, fitted as standard for safe hands-free telephony.
The new C-Class Saloon also features numerous electronic support systems. Some are designed to alert you in the event of a problem – the tyre pressure-loss warning system, for example. Others provide active assistance, such as the Electronic Stability Program (ESP®) and Brake Assist (BAS). These can detect hazardous driving situations – such as pronounced oversteer or emergency braking – and assist the driver accordingly. |
