 | | The Linguatronic voice-activated control system has already proved popular with a host of Mercedes-Benz drivers. By enabling you to perform various functions - including making phone calls - without distraction from the road, it offers enormous benefits in terms of safety and convenience.
And in the new C-Class Saloon, we’ve enhanced the Linguatronic option to make it even more user-friendly. Without any training, the system now recognises some 1,200 cities as full words and understands even more synonyms – for example, you can now say “OK” as well as “yes”. It also filters out words like “hmm” and “er”, just to save confusion.
Integrated with the optional Audio 50 APS and COMAND multi-media systems, Linguatronic allows you to choose a radio station, change CD track, enter a destination, display maps or request route guidance. All without lifting a finger. |
