Mercedes-Benz owners in Kettering are assured of receiving continued high standards of service and an enhanced ownership experience following the transfer of operations from the town’s Venture Park site to its sister branch at Riverside Park in Northampton on Friday 8th May 2009.
Around half of the former Kettering team have transferred to the Northampton retailer ensuring that many familiar faces will be there to continue to look after Kettering based customers.
Customers will now benefit from the modern state-of-the-art showroom with complimentary WIFI connection and Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop with all the latest diagnostic service equipment, as well as on site MOT and cosmetic repair facilities. The Official Workshop status is only awarded by Mercedes-Benz to outlets which carry out servicing strictly to manufacturer recommendations, with a guarantee that all work undertaken is conducted by technicians who are trained and audited to the highest possible standards. Every Official Workshop service provides automatic renewal of Mercedes-Benz’s unique 30-year Mobilo Life roadside assistance and helps protect the vehicle’s residual value when it is eventually sold.
Mercedes-Benz Northampton will also provide a range of helpful services to assist existing Mercedes-Benz owners living in the Kettering area. The courtesy car fleet and complimentary collection & delivery resources have been substantially enlarged. There is also the opportunity to visit the nearby retail outlets on the same Retail Park as the site, as well as complimentary use of the adjacent Virgin Fitness Centre for customers whose vehicles are being serviced.
