We are writing to offer our appreciation and to draw your attention to the superior standard of service and support given by your staff at the Hull branch.
One day in November we set out looking to purchase a new car from either BMW, Mercedes or Jaguar but with no favoured manufacturer in mind.
We found that the Mercedes showroom site was well-presented and well stocked with a range of quality vehicles. Staff were polite, welcoming and whilst enthusiastic and very helpful, were not over whelming or over-attentive.

In comparison with the other dealers we visited that day, particularly BMW, your Mercedes dealership stood head and shoulders above the rest.
Mr Simon Robinson was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Whereas staff at other dealerships appeared to put obstacles in our way and were frankly off- putting or dismissive (particularly BMW), Mr Robinsons warm approach and professional manner was instrumental in our decisions at the end of the day to re-visit Mercedes and explore further, a brand that we already knew represented the quality we sought.
After purchasing the vehicle, we can safely say that there are some competitors who can learn a great deal about selling cars from this Mercedes dealership and would compliment you, in particular, Mr Robinson on the standards you have achieved. |
