The following circumstances are not covered by Mercedes-Benz Mobilo cover:
Damage occurring due to inadequate care or environmental influences on the vehicle.
Damage from intentional or negligent conduct on the part of the vehicle owner or driver.
Problems occurring as a result of a violation of valid laws. This applies in particular if the vehicle is driven by an unauthorised person or if more passengers are carried than is legal.
Damage resulting from alterations to the vehicle or the installation of parts not approved by Daimler AG.
Problems arising from repairs performed in a way not compliant with the manufacturer’s specifications.
Damage resulting from participation in motor sport competitions, military exercises, disaster relief work and similar activities and events.
Acts of war, internal unrest, earthquakes or force majeure of any other kind.
If repair recommendations given by a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop in the course of an inspection have not been followed.
If defects of which the purchaser was aware were not immediately rectified at a specialised workshop according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
