A Mercedes-Benz innovation, ESP® (Electronic Stability Programme) features across our range. Designed to help drivers maintain control in hazardous situations, ESP® is so effective that Euro NCAP is campaigning for its mandatory inclusion on all cars.
Since drivers often brake fast enough but not hard enough, the CLC also features BAS (Brake Assist). This maximises braking power when emergency braking is detected.
We’ve also included ASR (Acceleration Skid Control), which minimises the risk of skidding when pulling away in poor driving conditions. |
