| Damage resulting from alterations to the vehicle or the installation of parts not approved by Daimler AG. |
| Problems arising from repairs performed in a way not compliant with the manufacturer’s specifications. |
| Damage resulting from participation in motor sport competitions, military exercises, disaster relief work and similar activities and events. |
| Acts of war, internal unrest, earthquakes or force majeure of any other kind. |
| If repair recommendations given by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer in the course of an inspection have not been followed. |
| If defects of which the purchaser was aware were not immediately rectified at a specialised workshop according to the manufacturer’s instructions. |
