| At Mercedes-Benz, we want to be sure that any service work that you have carried out at one of our Official Workshops is securely and accurately documented. This is why we have developed a digital service record. Known as your ‘Digital Service Report’, this new way of storing your vehicle’s service history is always available on-line, and can be accessed through any of our Official Workshops.
The Digital Service Report was first introduced on E-Class and CLS-Class models in September 2007 and has been gradually rolled out across the model range on all new vehicles. |
| Your vehicle’s service history is documented in our secure central database. If you mislay your personal digital service print out, we can check and re-print your service history for you, or if required, we can quickly check to see whether your vehicle’s warranty terms still apply. |
| Should you require your service history whilst abroad or if you need to use a different Official Workshop in the UK, your vehicle’s service history can provided for you and will be maintained by any of our franchised outlets throughout the world. |
| The scope of work performed on your vehicle, as well as the mileage at the time of workshop visit, are accurately recorded. As the records cannot be tampered with, you have additional peace of mind if you are purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz vehicle with a full Official Workshop service history. If you choose to sell your Mercedes-Benz, we can also provide you with your documented service history to enhance the vehicle sale. |
