Sidebags and windowbags are standard in the front and rear, reducing the risk of head injuries and splinter damage, and with crash sensors in the doors, airbag deployment is even more effective in the event of a side impact.
For further protection the front passenger seat is equipped with a sensor which will prevent the airbag deploying if the seat is empty, and if the seat is occupied the sensor calculates the weight of the passenger and adjusts the airbag setting accordingly. |
