| If you wish to explore the museum on your own, you can choose between two different tours. On the Legend tour, you will be given a detailed impression of the development of Mercedes-Benz at seven levels – from the first automobile of 1886 through to the car in which the 2005 German Touring Car Championship was won. On the Collection tour, you will see different galleries of vehicles – vehicles for voyagers, vehicles used by helpers and vehicles of celebrities, among them Lady Diana’s SL or the Grand Mercedes of Emperor Hirohito. |
| The audio guide you receive free of charge accompanies you on your tours. From this equipment, you can call up additional information about the exhibits and the exhibition in eight different languages. This audio-visual museum guide is a special new development which conveys the audio information relating to the individual rooms and exhibits by means of wireless infrared and Bluetooth technology, as well as transmitting the soundtracks of numerous media installations. |
A tour guided by one of our museum experts provides an intriguing overview of the two tours through the museum, including numerous stories, anecdotes and plenty of background information, among other things about the unique architecture of the new Mercedes-Benz Museum. Our experts take you on tours in different languages and will be pleased to answer any questions you may have and fulfill your wishes.
Guided tours are organized for groups between one and 20 persons and last some 75 minutes. A guided tour can be booked via our hotline at a price of 60 euros.
